Corvai uses artificial intelligence to process information and generate responses to customer enquiries. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure accuracy and reliability, AI systems can make mistakes. Responses generated by Corvai are based solely on the content and knowledge provided by the business using our Platform and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Corvox Limited accepts no liability for inaccuracies in AI-generated responses. The laws and regulations governing artificial intelligence are evolving rapidly across all jurisdictions. We collect different types of personal data depending on how you interact with us. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and company name. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your card details directly. When you use our Platform, we collect the content you upload such as documents, website URLs and Q&A pairs used to build your AI assistant's knowledge base. We also collect data from conversations between your website visitors and the Corvai assistant, which may include any contact details those visitors choose to share during a conversation.
